Eye Care for Animals is pleased to announce our newest location in Houston, Texas is open. The Avondale practice is led by Dr. Nicholas Millichamp, BVetMed, Ph.D., DVOpthal, DECVO, MRCVS, DACVO and Dr. Lynsey Smith.
