Dr. Anna-Michelle Armour attended Colby College in Maine, where she received her bachelor of arts degree in Biology and Performing Arts. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She then completed a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Dr. Armour joined the residency program at Eye Care for Animals in 2008.
Dr. Melanie Landry Church attended The University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she graduated with honors and earned her bachelor of science degree in biology. Prior to veterinary school, she worked in a small animal clinic and volunteered at The North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher as well as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center. Melanie received her doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University. She then completed a private practice internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Georgia Veterinary Specialists in Atlanta. Dr. Church joined the residency program at Eye Care for Animals in 2009.
Dr. Dustin Dees received his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science in 2006 and a doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2009, both at
Dr. Paige Evans received her bachelor of science degree in Biology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California prior to attending veterinary school at Ross University, where she received her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After completing an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Animal Specialty Group in Glendale, California, Dr. Evans worked in small animal general practice for four years in Los Angeles, California. She then pursued a specialty internship in ophthalmology where her time was split working in ophthalmic pharmacology and drug discovery in Irvine, California and working as an intern for the Culver City and Pasadena locations for Eye Care for Animals. Dr. Evans joined the residency program at Eye Care for Animals in 2008.
Dr. Kevin Fritz received his bachelor of science degree in Animal Science and Biology from the University of Kentucky. He then received his doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. Afterwards, he completed a small animal medicine and surgery internship at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Fritz joined the residency program at Eye Care for Animals in 2010.
