Eye Care for Animals in Reno treats Guiness World Record Longest Domestic Cat "Stewie"
Stewie visited board certified veterinary ophthalmologists, Dr. Kirsten Steele and Dr. Dan Lavach of Eye Care for Animals in Reno on Tuesday to obtain a surgical biopsy. He was anesthetized and a biopsy of the mass was obtained without complications. The samples will be evaluated by a board certified pathologist from Antech Diagnostics to determine Stewie's diagnosis, prognosis, and further treatment options. We should have more information about the next steps for Stewie within the week.
